Tonia Papke has 30 years of international and domestic experience in financial management, strategic and business planning, and outsourced CFO services.

Audrey Winkler has directed many aspects of business operations including mediating and negotiating business relationships. She has specialized in nonprofit start up operations, leadership training, and organizational management for more than 25 years.

Robert O. Zdenek has worked with more than 30 national, regional, and local clients. He served as Senior Consultant to the U.S. Department of HHS/Office of Community Services and has held many leadership positions with nonprofits.
